EaseAlert Brings Heart-Smart Alerting to Gainesville, Texas with Stolz Telecom

EaseAlert is proud to announce the successful delivery of our latest heart-smart Firefighter Alerting System (FFAS) to the Gainesville, Texas Fire Department. This project, referred to us by our trusted partner Zetron, was brought to life with the expertise of our channel partner and installer, Stolz Telecom. Manufactured at our Largo, Florida facility, this system integrates seamlessly with Gainesville’s public address system via Session-Initiated Protocol (SIP) speakers, showcasing our commitment to innovative firefighter safety solutions.

A Partnership Built on Trust and Technology

This installation reflects the strength of our collaborative network. EaseAlert, headquartered in Largo, Florida, has been revolutionizing firefighter health since 2019 with our patented wristband pre-alert technology. Designed to reduce stress and cardiovascular risks—the leading cause of on-duty firefighter deaths—our FFAS pairs perfectly with advanced communication systems like those from Zetron and Stolz Telecom.

Zetron, a global leader in mission-critical communications, referred this project to us, building on their 40+ years of experience in public safety solutions. Known for their MAX Fire Station Alerting platform, Zetron’s endorsement highlights EaseAlert’s growing reputation in the industry. Meanwhile, Stolz Telecom, our Oklahoma- and Texas-based channel partner, handled the installation. With expertise in public safety communications and a strong presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Stolz Telecom ensured our hardware interfaced flawlessly with Gainesville’s SIP speaker-equipped PA system, delivering clear, reliable alerts to firefighters.

Gainesville’s First Responders: A Unified Force

The Gainesville Police Department and Gainesville Fire-Rescue work hand-in-hand to protect this North Texas community, located just south of the Oklahoma border. Established in 1885, Gainesville Fire-Rescue operates from three stations with a team of dedicated firefighters responding to fire, medical, and technical rescue calls. The Police Department, which facilitated this purchase, supports a broader public safety ecosystem that now benefits from EaseAlert’s technology. With our FFAS integrated into their SIP speaker system, firefighters receive pre-alerts that enhance response times while prioritizing their health.

From Largo to Gainesville: Innovation in Action

Our team in Largo, Florida, crafted this FFAS to meet Gainesville’s specific needs, leveraging our expertise in heart-smart technology. After shipping it to Texas, Stolz Telecom’s skilled installers integrated it with the city’s existing PA infrastructure, utilizing SIP speakers for efficient, IP-based communication. This seamless process underscores EaseAlert’s ability to deliver tailored solutions that enhance firefighter safety and operational efficiency across regions.

Expanding Our Civilian Footprint

This Gainesville installation, following closely on the heels of our Sherman, Texas project, signals EaseAlert’s accelerating momentum in the civilian market. Referred by Zetron and executed with Stolz Telecom, this deployment demonstrates how our technology adapts to diverse communication systems—such as SIP speakers—while maintaining its core mission: reducing stress-related risks for firefighters. As we continue to grow, partnerships with industry leaders like Zetron and Stolz Telecom are key to bringing our solutions to more communities.

What’s Next for EaseAlert?

With each installation, EaseAlert solidifies its role as a leader in firefighter health and safety. Our ongoing clinical study, funded by the National Institutes of Health and conducted with NDRI-USA and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, further validates our impact. We’re excited to keep pushing boundaries, delivering heart-smart solutions to first responders nationwide.
